5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We offer shipping throughout California and the United States, with local delivery options available in Los Angeles County.

Shipping charges, freight fees, oversized item handling, liftgate services, and hazardous material fees (for chemicals) may apply.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer:

Upon shipment from our warehouse or manufacturer

Upon pickup for will-call orders

Upon delivery confirmation for local deliveries

Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt. Any visible damage must be noted and reported promptly.

Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Restocking

Due to the specialized nature of pool equipment and chemicals, return eligibility varies by product type.

General return requirements:

Product must be unused and uninstalled

Original packaging must be intact

Request must be made within the designated return period

Restocking fees may apply, especially for:
